Throughout the years, Sol Pest Control has had just one goal: to create the best pest control service possible. We know that if you're happy with the service, you'll stick with us.

There are too many companies that "hook" people in with deals, gimmicky marketing, and false promises. We've had lots of calls from these frustrated customers, and they are surprised when we're different.

Change #1- Our Look

We've had the same logo and branding since 2016, and we felt like it was time for change. We wanted to reflect where we are at as a company and promote our friendly, local feel to our customers and potential customers.

We went with a modern, fun, abstract Sun symbol and made the font more rounded. As you know, Sol means Sun in Spanish, and we wanted everyone to feel of our warmth and friendliness and how we perform our local services.

Change #2- Our Systems

As we focused on growth, we realized that our current CRM system didn't do everything we wanted as we focused on scaling the business. We wanted a more integrated communication system combined with the ability for customers to easily see their accounts and pay online.

This change also comes with a new phone number, 208-614-4000. Sure, it's easier to remember, but it also allows us to have an integrated phone system that ensures we never miss a call.

Our full migration should be done by the end of May, so if you are a current customer, please call us to put a new card on file.

Change #3- Now Offering 365 Protection

As many of you know, Logan Staples wears many hats. He has owned multiple businesses, including an accounting firm, which took up lots of time during the winter months. So some Fall, Winter, and some Spring services were out of the question. We're bringing on more staff to be able to add another level of protection for your home.

We've invested in equipment, like an exacticide duster, so we can target pests where they're at, no matter the time of year. All of our customers will receive services year round from now forward at the same rate they're used to paying. This extra benefit is just one more reason why so many people are choosing to go with Sol Pest Control for all their pest control needs.

What's NOT Changing

Going into our seventh year of business, our commitment to our original goal has never been stronger. We are bringing on talented individuals to assist with servicing and office management and we're excited to be able to continue growing and improving.
